Description
Florida Real Estate Continuing Education
Florida real estate licensees are required to complete continuing education to maintain an active license in good standing with the state.
14-Hour Continuing Education Requirement
The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) requires all sales associates and brokers to complete 14 hours of continuing education every two years before renewing their license. This includes 3 hours of core law and 3 hours of ethics and business practices, with the remaining hours covering elective topics relevant to the real estate industry.
Completing your continuing education on time helps you avoid late fees, license suspension, or other penalties that could interrupt your real estate career.
Pre-Licensing and Post-Licensing Courses
In addition to continuing education, we offer Florida real estate pre-licensing courses for those looking to enter the industry, as well as post-licensing education required for first-time renewals. Our exam prep courses are designed to help students feel confident and fully prepared before sitting for the Florida real estate exam.
All of our courses are designed to meet Florida’s licensing requirements while fitting into your busy schedule. Whether you are just starting out or renewing for the first time, we have a course that fits your needs.
Stay Current and Keep Your License Active
Staying up to date with your education requirements is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your real estate license and your business. Our courses are taught by experienced instructors who understand the Florida real estate market and the challenges licensees face every day.
