Florida Real Estate Post-Licensing Courses
Florida requires newly licensed sales associates and brokers to complete post-licensing education before their first license renewal. The Real Estate Academy offers post-licensing courses online and in the classroom in Miami.
Sales Associate Post-Licensing (45 Hours)
The 45-hour course satisfies the FREC post-licensing education requirement for sales associates. We recommend taking it soon after you receive your license.

Broker Post-Licensing (60 Hours)
Florida requires 60 hours of post-licensing education for brokers. Our broker post-licensing courses fulfill the FREC requirement for brokers who hold a current, valid Florida broker license.
